Yes we do multi family conversions as well. We took this 70s built back split home and converted it into a legal duplex. From acquisition and permits to construction and leasing, this project was taken from the green light straight to the finish line. The upper unit received a full overhaul as we opened up the main floor by removing two walls and creating an open concept kitchen and living space. A brand new custom kitchen, new bathroom and adding in suite laundry, we gave this unit a much needed facelift. This lower unit already had incredible natural light with its large windows but the old wood paneling wasn't cutting it. Everything was torn out right to the foundation, all new framing and insulation, new windows throughout including a new egress window, everything completely fire separated and finished with its own kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Featuring a large one bedroom with walk in closet and custom feature wall, this space was beautifully finished from beginning to end.
