This Burlington home was in some desperate need of a renovation. While the rest of the main floor was just fine and didn’t need much attention, we collaborated closely with the client to bring the kitchen, bathroom and staircase up to the client’s standards. 

Doing a major or minor renovation in any space is always about communication and collaboration. Sure, we could have talked the clients into renovating other spaces in the home – but they didn’t need it. It didn’t make sense for their budget or their needs. 

So, here we are: a brand new kitchen, new stairs and a fresh, modern bathroom renovation. This space will serve the clients for years to come, and we couldn’t be more proud of it.
