Custom Builds and Additions
BRING YOUR VISION TO LIFE
Sometimes the home you love is almost the home that you need. At 804 Group, custom builds and additions are about creating what’s missing. You need more room for your family, a new primary suite, a home office, more space for entertaining – or a completely fresh slate with a custom built home. Our custom builds and additions combine thoughtful design, experienced construction processes and exceptional craftsmanship to create new spaces that feel like they’ve always belonged, and new homes that stand the test of time.
BUILT FOR WHAT COMES NEXT
Designed
Around You
A custom build should never feel like a one-size-fits-all home. That’s the benefit of going fully custom. Before we start building, we want to understand why you need the space in the first place. How will you use it? How should it connect to the rest of the home if it’s an addition? How will it grow with your family if it’s a custom build? From major additions with complex structural modifications to completely custom built homes, every construction decision begins with the people who actually live there.
Additions That Feel Like They Belong
The best house additions are the ones that you don’t even notice. They flow seamlessly from new to old, not like something that was glued together as an afterthought. We look carefully at the existing architecture, proportions, material choices, sightlines and flow of your existing home so new construction feels intentional on the inside and out.
Built With The
Future in Mind
Custom builds leave everything to the imagination – and we like it that way. From the initial design consultations, to the construction process and final finishes – 804 Group is tirelessly particular about custom crafting the home you’ve always dreamed of calling yours. Our team coordinates the details, our trusted trades bring it to life and our industry leading communication throughout the build ensures your home is exactly what you saw in your mind.
