Based in Burlington, Ontario, 804 Group crafts luxurious custom homes for homeowners in Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton and surrounding areas in the GTA. Great construction begins with active listening, and setting clear expectations from the start. We want to understand how you live, what’s working and what isn’t in your current home – and those dreams you’ve left on the shelf because you haven’t been able to find the right builder.
We’re particular about the things that actually matter. The way in which material selections come together to inform the design as a whole, the quality of the custom millwork, the flow of one room to the next, the trades we trust to bring into our clients’ homes and the way we communicate throughout the entire process.
Our client first approach has helped us build lasting relationships with homeowners across Burlington, Oakville and the surrounding communities. It’s why so much of our work comes from referrals from clients who trust us enough to tell their closest family and friends about what we did for them.

When I started 804 Group, I wanted to build the kind of company I’d want working in my own home. For me, that means providing an exceptional level of craftsmanship, and being honest with my clients and caring about the details – even the ones most people will never notice.
I love the building side of what 804 Group does, but what I enjoy the most is getting to know our clients on a personal level – and understanding what they want their home to become. Every family lives differently, and figuring out how we can create spaces that work better for them is a huge part of what keeps me excited about the work I get to do every day.
I’m also a big believer that the quality of the client experience matters. Renovating or building something custom is a major investment, and as a client, you should feel confident in the people you’ve trusted to walk that path with you. This means that open communication, a sense of responsibility and an excitement for problem solving are paramount in 804 Group’s approach.
