General Contracting and Project Management
ONE TEAM. ONE PLAN. ONE POINT OF CONTACT.
Industry leading construction takes more than a talented team of tradesmen. It takes coordination, transparent communication and a team of professionals who understand how every part of a home improvement project fits together. At 804 Group, we manage the moving pieces from start to finish so our clients don’t have to worry about unforeseen expenses and unwelcome surprises. Serving Burlington, Oakville and the surrounding areas, we provide general contracting and project management services for renovations, remodels, additions and custom builds with a focus on organization, customization and quality – following a process that feels clear and consistent from day one.
KEEPING THE BIG PICTURE IN FOCUS
Managing Every
Moving Part
There are an endless amount of people, decisions and timelines involved in any construction project. Our job is to bring them together seamlessly to keep the guesswork out of building. We coordinate the trades, schedules, materials, and budgets – you simply tell 804 Group what you want and leave the rest to us. Instead of trying to manage multiple contractors yourself, you have one experienced team overseeing the entire build.
Communication You Can Count on
Whether you’re renovating, remodeling, adding an addition or taking on a custom build – you should never have to wonder what’s happening in your own home. We believe that good project management starts with clear, consistent communication. That means setting clear expectations early on in the process, and keeping you informed as the work progresses.
Quality From Start to Finish
We pride ourselves on working with trusted and skilled tradesmen who share our expectations for craftsmanship, professionalism and attention to detail. From the early planning stages, through construction and the final finishes, we’re involved in each and every phase of our projects to ensure the work reflects the standard we agreed to at the beginning. Our approach? Stay organized, communicate clearly and never lose sight of the finished result.
