This was the first bathroom we completed for these clients, a Jack and Jill for their kids. We went with a prefab vanity and had to get creative with the mirror and light fixture placement due to the awkward window in the centre of the space, but it turned out functional and aesthetically pleasing. 

We went with the Fittes flush mount applications for receptacle plates and exhaust fan along with heated floors throughout. This is a small bathroom, but this shower is one of my favourites. The black fixtures contrast beautifully with the tile placement. The wall to wall niche includes a led strip and as always, when we incorporate a curb into our showers, a mitered edge finishes off the surface with elegance.

This space works well for the client’s kids and we love how it turned out.
